In case of cancellation and absence:
I want to be able to offer my customers as many timeslots as possible and be flexible. Therefore, cancellation must be made no later than 24 hours before the booked time, otherwise 50% of the treatment price is still charged. In case of absence without cancellation, the full amount of the treatment will be charged.
Cancellations can be made via your booking or by calling or writing an SMS to tel. 26 37 37 58.
